Mental Health Champions Training

for Individuals & Teams

The Mental Health Champions Training is an on-demand video course equipping everyday believers to support mental wellness in our church communities. Through practical, biblically grounded teaching, you’ll learn how to help break the stigma surrounding mental health, recognize signs of distress, and connect people to care.

Mental Health Champions Training:

What You’ll Learn

  • An overview of mental health diagnoses and how to approach mental health care from a biblical perspective.
  • How to identify signs when someone is struggling and connect them with appropriate support.
  • Essential skills for suicide prevention and crisis intervention.
  • How to be proactive in creating an environment where people are seen, heard, and supported.

Tragedy often leaves family, church members, and leaders with the guilt of “I wish I could’ve done more.”

But with the Mental Health Champions Training, people can learn to share their discernment, insight, and care for others… to be the bridge people need, like Christ has been for all of us.
