Participation in Anchor International programs, trainings, or memberships does not make Anchor International your healthcare provider or mental health provider.

6. Eligibility

Our website and services are intended for adults, churches, nonprofit organizations, ministry leaders, educators, facilitators, volunteers, donors, and similar users.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases, create accounts, register for paid memberships or training plans, submit applications, or make donations through our website.

We do not knowingly provide services directly to children under the age of 13.

7. International Users

Anchor International is based in the United States.

If you access our website or services from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. We make no representation that our website, resources, memberships, training materials, or digital products are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in every country.

  • Accept responsibility for activity that occurs through your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access if we believe an account is being misused, shared improperly, used unlawfully, used in violation of these Terms, or used in a way that harms Anchor International, other users, or our mission.

9. Training Plans and Memberships

Training Plans and memberships may provide access to protected content, digital resources, videos, workbooks, training materials, community features, or related educational resources.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Membership access is personal to the registered account holder or approved organization.
  • Login credentials may not be shared.
  • Protected materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, publicly displayed, uploaded elsewhere, or used to create competing materials.
  • Access may be limited by membership level, payment status, course status, or program eligibility.
  • We may change, update, replace, or remove membership materials over time.

10. Facilitator Training and Certification

Anchor International may offer facilitator training, certification-related resources, or similar programs.

Participation in training does not guarantee:

  • Certification.
  • Employment.
  • Volunteer placement.
  • Ministry placement.
  • Partnership approval.
  • Authorization to represent Anchor International.
  • A right to teach, reproduce, modify, or distribute Anchor International materials except as expressly permitted.

We may establish eligibility requirements, participation standards, completion requirements, conduct expectations, renewal requirements, and revocation standards for facilitator-related programs.

We may deny, suspend, revoke, or decline certification-related status where we believe doing so is appropriate to protect participants, churches, communities, Anchor International, or the integrity of the program.

11. Donations

Donations made through our website are voluntary.

We may use donations to support our nonprofit mission, programs, resources, operations, ministry activities, training, outreach, administration, and related purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse, return, or redirect a donation where appropriate, including if we believe a donation is improper, unlawful, fraudulent, mistaken, restricted in a way we cannot honor, or inconsistent with our mission or legal obligations.

Donation receipts and acknowledgments may be provided electronically.

We do not provide tax advice. Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding deductibility and reporting.

12. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe or other providers.

By making a payment, donation, purchase, or membership transaction, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process the transaction according to its terms and policies.

We do not control third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, outages, errors, or security practices.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to promptly resolve failed, disputed, or reversed transactions.

13. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless a separate written policy states otherwise, the following refund rules apply:

Donations

Donations are refundable within 24 hours of the transaction, minus applicable payment processing fees.

After 24 hours, donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Anchor International in its discretion.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

This includes PDFs, workbooks, guides, curricula, videos, files, templates, or other downloadable or digitally delivered products.

Memberships and Training Plans

Memberships and Training Plans are refundable within 24 hours of the transaction, minus applicable payment processing fees.

After 24 hours, memberships and Training Plans are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Anchor International in its discretion.

Processing Fees

Where a refund is approved, payment processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Access After Refund

If a purchase, donation, membership, or Training Plan is refunded, we may immediately revoke related account access, membership access, download access, training access, or other benefits associated with the transaction.

14. Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

Digital products may include workbooks, PDFs, guides, training materials, curricula, videos, templates, handouts, or other downloadable or online resources.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, purchasing, downloading, accessing, or receiving a digital product grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for your own personal, ministry, educational, internal organizational, or approved training use.

You may not:

  • Resell our materials.
  • Share paid resources publicly.
  • Upload resources to public websites, file-sharing platforms, or social media.
  • Remove copyright notices.
  • Modify materials in a way that misrepresents their source.
  • Claim ownership of our materials.
  • Use our materials to create competing products or programs.
  • Distribute materials outside the scope of the license provided.
  • Use materials in a commercial program without written permission.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our services is owned by Anchor International, licensed to Anchor International, or used with permission.

This may include:

  • Workbooks.
  • Guides.
  • PDFs.
  • Training materials.
  • Curriculum.
  • Facilitator materials.

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, create derivative works from, sell, license, exploit, or use our materials without prior written permission.

16. Limited Website Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and free public content for lawful personal, educational, ministry, or internal organizational purposes.

This license does not include any right to:

19. Testimonials, Stories, Photos, and Media

If you submit or authorize use of a testimonial, story, quote, photo, video, audio recording, or similar media, you permit Anchor International to use that material for mission-related purposes unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

We may edit submissions for length, clarity, grammar, formatting, or presentation, but we will not intentionally change the substance in a misleading way.

Do not submit personal stories, photos, or information about another person unless you have permission to do so.

20. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website, services, memberships, forms, digital products, or communications to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm others.

21. Church Partnerships, Volunteer Applications, and Program Participation

Submitting a church partnership inquiry, volunteer application, facilitator application, training registration, or program interest form does not guarantee acceptance, approval, partnership, placement, certification, access, or participation.

We may accept, decline, suspend, remove, or limit participation in programs, volunteer opportunities, training, partnerships, or related services at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

We may establish additional requirements, standards, agreements, background checks, conduct rules, confidentiality obligations, training requirements, or eligibility criteria for certain roles or programs.

22. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using our website, resources, training, memberships, digital products, ministry materials, or educational content.

Results vary based on many factors outside our control, including individual circumstances, community context, implementation, professional support, organizational structure, and user participation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anchor International, My Quiet Cave, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, representatives, affiliates, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to us.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If applicable law gives you mandatory rights to bring claims in another jurisdiction, those rights are not waived by these Terms.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, restructuring, reorganization, transfer of assets, change in operations, or similar event.

These Terms, together with the related policies referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anchor International regarding your use of our website and services.

They supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the same subject matter.
