Our Programs
Christ-centered mental health support groups
A place to be anchored. A place to belong.
Anchor International offers short-term and long-term programs to support mental wellness and spiritual growth in all seasons of life. Our curricula is developed through a collaboration of faith leaders and mental health professionals with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. By following our Anchors of Wellness model, our groups help keep members anchored in faith, community, and hope.
Anchors of Wellness
Anchor International support groups are structured around the Anchors of Wellness. This is a self-awareness tool that helps promote personal and spiritual growth and create a healthy and productive group experience.
