This Digital Products and Copyright License (“License”) governs access to and use of digital products, downloadable resources, curriculum, training materials, videos, workbooks, PDFs, guides, templates, handouts, facilitator materials, and other copyrighted materials made available by My Quiet Cave, DBA Anchor International (“Anchor International,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This License should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Membership Terms, and Medical and Educational Disclaimer.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, receiving, viewing, printing, copying, using, or distributing any Anchor International digital product or resource, you agree to this License.

This License applies to all Anchor International materials, whether free, purchased, downloaded, accessed through membership, provided during training, or otherwise made available by us.

Covered materials may include:

  • Digital downloads.
  • PDFs.
  • Workbooks.
  • Guides.
  • Curriculum.
  • Training documents.
  • Facilitator guides.
  • Facilitator resources.
  • Leader notes.
  • Participant materials.
  • Templates.
  • Handouts.
  • Worksheets.
  • Videos.
  • Audio recordings.
  • Presentation slides.
  • Online course materials.
  • Membership resources.
  • Training Plan materials.
  • Church partnership materials.
  • Volunteer training materials.
  • Certification-related resources.
  • Logos, graphics, artwork, and visual materials.
  • Written website content.
  • Email resources or downloadable attachments.
  • Any other digital, written, visual, audio, video, or instructional material made available by Anchor International.

This License applies whether the material is accessed through our website, email, membership area, online course, payment platform, downloadable file, shared folder, training event, or other delivery method.

3. Ownership of Materials

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all Anchor International materials are owned by Anchor International, licensed to Anchor International, or used by Anchor International with permission.

All copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, designs, text, graphics, videos, audio, curriculum, workbooks, guides, training materials, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of Anchor International or the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing, downloading, accessing, receiving, or using Anchor International materials does not transfer ownership to you.

All rights not expressly granted in this License are reserved.

4. Limited License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this License and our Terms of Service, Anchor International grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use covered materials for approved personal, ministry, educational, training, church, nonprofit, or internal organizational purposes.

Unless a product page, written agreement, membership plan, training plan, or facilitator agreement gives broader permission, this License allows you to:

  • View the materials.
  • Download the materials, where downloads are enabled.
  • Print reasonable copies for your own permitted use.
  • Use the materials for personal study.
  • Use the materials for internal ministry or organizational reference.
  • Use the materials in a church, nonprofit, or ministry setting, only within the scope expressly permitted by the material or program.
  • Use purchased or provided materials with participants only when the material, product description, training program, or written permission allows participant use.

This License is conditional. If you violate this License, your right to use the materials may be suspended or terminated.

5. Personal, Church, Ministry, and Organizational Use

Anchor International materials may be designed for use by individuals, churches, nonprofit organizations, ministry leaders, facilitators, volunteers, training participants, or similar users.

However, permitted use depends on the type of material and the access level granted.

Unless expressly permitted in writing:

  • Individual purchases are for the purchaser’s own use.
  • Membership resources are for the active member’s own use.
  • Training Plan resources are for the enrolled participant’s own use.
  • Facilitator materials are for approved facilitator use only.
  • Church or organizational use must stay within the number of users, participants, leaders, locations, or groups permitted by the applicable product, program, or written agreement.

A church, ministry, nonprofit, or organization may not purchase one copy and distribute it broadly unless the material expressly allows that use.

6. Free Materials

Some Anchor International materials may be made available for free.

Unless otherwise stated, free materials may be viewed, downloaded, and printed for personal, church, nonprofit, ministry, or internal educational use.

Free materials may not be:

  • Sold.
  • Repackaged as your own.
  • Uploaded to another website.
  • Distributed through public file-sharing platforms.
  • Modified in a way that misrepresents the source.
  • Used to create competing products or programs.
  • Used in commercial training or paid programs without permission.
  • Removed from their copyright notices, disclaimers, or attribution.

Free access does not mean the materials are in the public domain.

7. Paid Digital Products

Paid digital products are licensed, not sold.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive only the rights expressly granted in this License, the product description, or a separate written agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, paid digital products may not be:

  • Shared with other individuals.
  • Posted online.
  • Uploaded to shared drives accessible by unauthorized users.
  • Distributed to a full church, organization, class, or ministry team.
  • Copied for multiple groups.
  • Used by multiple facilitators.
  • Used across multiple campuses, locations, or organizations.
  • Used after access has expired, if the product is tied to a time-limited membership or training plan.
  • Resold, sublicensed, or commercially exploited.

If you need broader rights for a church, ministry, school, nonprofit, training group, or multi-user organization, contact Anchor International for written permission or an appropriate license.

8. Membership and Training Plan Materials

Materials accessed through memberships or Training Plans are subject to this License and any applicable Membership Terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Access is limited to the enrolled member or authorized account holder.
  • Login credentials may not be shared.
  • Materials may not be downloaded, copied, recorded, or distributed outside the membership or Training Plan unless permitted.
  • Protected content may not be screen-recorded, republished, or shared.
  • Access may depend on active membership, payment status, training status, or program eligibility.
  • Access may be revoked if the membership or Training Plan is canceled, refunded, expired, terminated, or suspended.

If a membership or Training Plan includes downloadable resources, those resources remain subject to this License even after download.

9. Facilitator Materials

Facilitator guides, leader notes, training manuals, certification resources, teaching outlines, group materials, and similar resources may be restricted to approved facilitators, enrolled trainees, church partners, or authorized users.

Unless Anchor International provides written permission, facilitator materials may not be:

  • Shared with non-facilitators.
  • Distributed to participants unless designed for participant use.
  • Used by uncertified or unauthorized leaders.
  • Posted online.
  • Copied into other training programs.
  • Modified into derivative programs.
  • Used to certify others outside Anchor International’s approved process.
  • Used to imply approval, endorsement, partnership, or certification by Anchor International.
  • Used after facilitator status, membership, or authorization has been suspended, revoked, or expired.

Anchor International may establish additional facilitator standards, conduct expectations, renewal rules, certification requirements, and usage restrictions.

10. Participant Materials

Some materials may be designed specifically for participants in a group, class, training, church program, or ministry setting.

Participant materials may be distributed only as expressly permitted by the product, training, facilitator instructions, membership terms, or written agreement.

Unless expressly permitted:

  • Do not distribute facilitator-only materials to participants.
  • Do not distribute paid participant workbooks without the required license or purchase.
  • Do not remove copyright notices, disclaimers, or attribution.
  • Do not alter participant materials in a way that changes their meaning or misrepresents Anchor International.
  • Do not charge participants for Anchor International materials unless authorized.

11. Prohibited Uses

Unless Anchor International gives prior written permission, you may not:

  • Sell Anchor International materials.
  • Resell Anchor International materials.
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer Anchor International materials.
  • Share paid or protected materials with unauthorized users.
  • Upload materials to public websites.
  • Upload materials to social media.
  • Upload materials to file-sharing services.
  • Upload materials to public or unsecured shared drives.
  • Email paid materials to unauthorized users.
  • Remove copyright notices.
  • Remove disclaimers.
  • Remove attribution.
  • Claim ownership of Anchor International materials.
  • Present Anchor International materials as your own work.
  • Copy substantial portions into your own materials.
  • Create derivative works based on Anchor International materials.
  • Translate materials without permission.
  • Adapt materials into another curriculum without permission.
  • Use materials to create competing resources, courses, trainings, ministries, programs, or products.
  • Use materials in commercial programs without permission.
  • Use materials in paid courses, coaching, counseling, consulting, training, or certification programs without permission.
  • Use materials in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or certification by Anchor International without written authorization.
  • Use materials unlawfully or in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Use materials in a way that is harmful, misleading, abusive, exploitative, or inconsistent with their intended educational purpose.

12. No Public Posting or File Sharing

Anchor International materials may not be posted publicly unless the material expressly states that public posting is allowed.

This includes posting or uploading materials to:

  • Websites.
  • Blogs.
  • Social media.
  • YouTube or video platforms.
  • Public Google Drive folders.
  • Public Dropbox folders.
  • Public OneDrive folders.
  • Public learning platforms.
  • Course marketplaces.
  • File-sharing websites.
  • AI training datasets.
  • Document-sharing websites.
  • Forums or online communities.
  • Church resource libraries open to the public.
  • Internal systems accessible by unauthorized users.

If you want to share a resource with others, link to the original Anchor International page where the resource is made available.

13. Printing and Copying

You may print reasonable copies of materials for your own permitted use.

You may not mass-copy materials for a group, church, ministry, organization, class, event, training, or program unless the material, product page, written agreement, or facilitator instructions specifically permit that use.

Where printing is permitted, copyright notices, disclaimers, and attribution must remain intact.

14. Modifications and Adaptations

You may not modify, adapt, abridge, translate, reformat, annotate, rebrand, or create derivative works from Anchor International materials unless permitted by the material itself or authorized in writing.

This restriction is intended to protect:

  • Accuracy.
  • Theological integrity.
  • Educational integrity.
  • Mental health education integrity.
  • Participant safety.
  • Program consistency.
  • Copyright ownership.
  • Anchor International’s mission and reputation.

If written permission is granted for adaptation, Anchor International may require review, approval, attribution, disclaimers, or limitations on distribution.

15. Translations

You may not translate Anchor International materials into another language without prior written permission.

Because Anchor International may serve international audiences, translations must be handled carefully to preserve accuracy, context, theological meaning, educational intent, and mental health-related language.

If permission is granted, Anchor International may require:

  • Translator qualifications.
  • Review and approval.
  • Specific attribution.
  • Specific disclaimers.
  • Limits on distribution.
  • Quality control.
  • A written translation agreement.

16. Use in Churches, Ministries, and Nonprofit Programs

Anchor International desires to support churches, ministries, nonprofits, and community organizations.

However, use in a church, ministry, or nonprofit setting must still follow this License.

Unless expressly permitted, churches, ministries, and nonprofits may not:

  • Copy paid materials for an entire congregation.
  • Distribute facilitator guides to all leaders.
  • Use one account for multiple users.
  • Share login credentials.
  • Upload protected materials to internal resource libraries.
  • Modify Anchor International curriculum into a local version.
  • Use Anchor International branding to imply official partnership.
  • Certify local leaders using Anchor International materials without authorization.
  • Charge for classes or programs using Anchor International materials without permission.

Written permission may be required for broader church, ministry, nonprofit, or organizational use.

17. Commercial Use

Anchor International materials may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Paid courses.
  • Paid counseling programs.
  • Paid coaching programs.
  • Paid consulting programs.
  • Paid training programs.
  • Paid certification programs.
  • Paid conferences.
  • Paid retreats.
  • Paid online communities.
  • Subscription products.
  • Membership websites.
  • Commercial resource libraries.
  • Resale, bundling, or licensing of materials.

This restriction applies even if the commercial user is a nonprofit, ministry, church, counselor, coach, educator, consultant, or facilitator.

18. Educational and Ministry Use Does Not Remove License Restrictions

Using materials for education, ministry, charity, counseling support, peer support, church care, nonprofit work, or community service does not automatically create permission to copy, distribute, modify, translate, or publicly share Anchor International materials.

All use must remain within the scope of this License or a separate written permission.

19. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not upload Anchor International materials into artificial intelligence systems, machine learning tools, large language models, automated training systems, dataset repositories, or similar technologies for the purpose of:

  • Training models.
  • Creating datasets.
  • Generating derivative materials.
  • Summarizing protected content for redistribution.
  • Reproducing substantial portions of materials.
  • Repackaging materials into new resources.
  • Creating competing content.
  • Circumventing access restrictions.

Limited use of ordinary productivity tools for personal note-taking or accessibility may be permitted if it does not result in public disclosure, redistribution, model training, or misuse of protected materials.

20. Recordings, Screenshots, and Screen Sharing

Unless expressly permitted, you may not record, screenshot, screen capture, livestream, or redistribute protected videos, online training sessions, course materials, member-only pages, facilitator materials, or digital resources.

This includes:

  • Screen recordings.
  • Audio recordings.
  • Video recordings.
  • Screenshots.
  • Livestreams.
  • Reuploads.
  • Course copies.
  • Training clips.
  • Slideshow exports.
  • Transcript extraction.
  • Sharing recordings with unauthorized users.

Anchor International may provide recordings, transcripts, or downloadable materials when appropriate and authorized.

21. Attribution

Where attribution is required, you must preserve the attribution exactly as provided unless Anchor International gives written permission to do otherwise.

You may not use attribution in a way that suggests Anchor International endorses you, your church, your ministry, your organization, your program, your training, your product, or your services unless we have provided written authorization.

22. Copyright Notices

You may not remove, obscure, alter, or delete copyright notices, trademark notices, watermarks, disclaimers, license terms, usage instructions, or attribution statements included with Anchor International materials.

If you are permitted to copy or distribute materials, all required notices must remain intact.

23. Trademarks and Branding

The names “Anchor International,” “My Quiet Cave,” related logos, designs, branding, graphics, marks, slogans, and other identifiers may be protected trademarks, service marks, trade names, or brand assets.

You may not use Anchor International branding without prior written permission.

You may not imply that you are:

  • Anchor International.
  • A representative of Anchor International.
  • An approved facilitator.
  • A certified facilitator.
  • A partner organization.
  • A sponsored ministry.
  • An endorsed program.
  • An authorized training provider.

unless Anchor International has expressly authorized that status in writing.

24. User-Created Materials Based on Anchor International Resources

You may create personal notes, reflections, discussion notes, implementation notes, or internal planning documents based on your lawful use of Anchor International materials.

However, you may not publish, sell, distribute, or commercialize materials that are substantially based on Anchor International content unless permitted in writing.

User-created materials may not:

  • Copy substantial portions of Anchor International materials.
  • Recreate the structure of Anchor International materials.
  • Replace the need to purchase or access the original materials.
  • Misrepresent Anchor International’s authorship or endorsement.
  • Be used to create competing resources, courses, or programs.
  • Remove or bypass license restrictions.

25. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback, suggestions, edits, ideas, corrections, improvements, or recommendations regarding Anchor International materials, you grant Anchor International permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

Providing feedback does not give you ownership rights in Anchor International materials or any future updates, revisions, or products.

26. Errors, Updates, and Changes to Materials

Anchor International may update, revise, replace, remove, correct, or discontinue materials at any time.

We do not guarantee that materials will always remain available, unchanged, complete, error-free, or compatible with every device, platform, browser, or software system.

If we correct or update materials, we are not obligated to provide prior versions.

27. Access and Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulty accessing a purchased digital product, membership resource, or Training Plan material, contact Anchor International through our Contact page.

We may attempt to assist with reasonable access issues.

Technical support does not guarantee a refund, especially for digital downloads, which are non-refundable under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

28. Refunds

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Memberships and Training Plans are refundable within 24 hours of the transaction, minus applicable payment processing fees.

Donations are refundable within 24 hours of the transaction, minus applicable payment processing fees.

Additional refund terms are provided in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If a refund is issued, Anchor International may revoke access to related materials, downloads, memberships, Training Plans, protected content, and other benefits.

29. Termination of License

Anchor International may suspend or terminate your license to use materials if you violate this License, our Terms of Service, Membership Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy, or any applicable law.

Upon termination, you must stop using the materials and, if requested, delete or destroy unauthorized copies.

Termination may apply to:

  • Digital downloads.
  • Membership resources.
  • Training Plan materials.
  • Facilitator materials.
  • Protected content.
  • Account access.
  • Download access.
  • Printed copies used outside the permitted scope.
  • Any other Anchor International materials.

Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to Anchor International.

30. Copyright Infringement and Enforcement

Anchor International reserves the right to enforce its copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, public posting, adaptation, translation, upload, or commercial use of Anchor International materials may result in:

  • Account suspension.
  • Termination of access.
  • Revocation of license.
  • Removal requests.
  • Takedown notices.
  • Legal action.
  • Claims for damages, fees, costs, or injunctive relief where permitted by law.

31. Reporting Copyright Concerns

If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, please contact Anchor International through our Contact page.

Please include:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you believe is infringing.
  • The location of the allegedly infringing material.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement that the information you provide is accurate.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to content in response to valid copyright complaints.

If Anchor International designates a formal copyright agent or DMCA agent, we may update this section with additional instructions.

32. Third-Party Materials

Some Anchor International materials may include or reference third-party content, quotations, links, tools, resources, videos, images, platforms, or materials.

Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

This License does not grant you any rights to third-party materials except as expressly permitted by the applicable rights holder.

You are responsible for complying with third-party license terms, copyright rules, and usage restrictions.

33. No Warranty

Anchor International materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor International disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

  • Accuracy.
  • Completeness.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Merchantability.
  • Non-infringement.
  • Availability.
  • Compatibility.
  • Error-free operation.
  • Suitability for a particular ministry, training, counseling, educational, or organizational purpose.

We do not guarantee any specific result from using our materials.

34. Educational and Ministry Disclaimer

Anchor International materials are provided for educational, ministry, training, and informational purposes.

They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

Use of Anchor International materials does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

If you are experiencing a medical, mental health, safety, or other emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

35. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor International, My Quiet Cave, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, representatives, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or related to your access to, use of, inability to use, reliance on, or misuse of Anchor International materials.

This includes damages arising from:

  • Digital downloads.
  • Membership resources.
  • Training Plan materials.
  • Facilitator materials.
  • Curriculum.
  • Workbooks.
  • Videos.
  • Errors or omissions.
  • Access issues.
  • Unauthorized sharing.
  • Misinterpretation.
  • Use in a church, ministry, nonprofit, educational, counseling, or training setting.
  • Third-party use or misuse.

36. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anchor International, My Quiet Cave, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, representatives, affiliates, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of Anchor International materials.
  • Your misuse of Anchor International materials.
  • Your violation of this License.
  • Your violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Your unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, resale, translation, public posting, or commercial use.
  • Your use of materials with participants, churches, ministries, organizations, clients, students, or groups.
  • Your violation of another person’s rights.
  • Your violation of applicable law.

37. International Use

Anchor International is based in the United States.

If you access or use Anchor International materials outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

We make no representation that our materials are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in every country.

You may not use, distribute, translate, export, or adapt materials in violation of applicable law.

38. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

39. Relationship to Other Agreements

If this License conflicts with a more specific written agreement signed by Anchor International, the signed written agreement controls for that specific matter.

If this License conflicts with specific written terms on a product page, membership page, training page, facilitator agreement, or program agreement, the more specific terms control for that specific product, membership, training, or program.

Otherwise, this License applies together with our Terms of Service and related policies.

40. Changes to This License

Anchor International may update this License from time to time.

When we update this License, we will revise the Effective Date above. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of Anchor International materials after changes are posted means you accept the updated License.

If you do not agree to the updated License, you must stop using the materials.
