Access to facilitator-related materials does not guarantee:

  • Certification.
  • Approval as a facilitator.
  • Employment.
  • Volunteer placement.
  • Ministry placement.
  • Church partnership approval.
  • Authorization to represent Anchor International.
  • Authorization to train or certify others.
  • Authorization to use Anchor International branding.

Anchor International may establish separate requirements for facilitator approval, training completion, certification, renewal, conduct, and continued eligibility.

We may deny, suspend, revoke, or limit facilitator-related status or access where we believe doing so is appropriate to protect participants, churches, communities, Anchor International, or the integrity of the program.

10. Payments

Memberships and Training Plans may be free, paid, one-time, recurring, limited-term, or otherwise structured as stated at the time of registration or purchase.

By purchasing a paid membership or Training Plan, you agree to pay the fees listed at checkout or registration.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe or other providers. Anchor International is not responsible for third-party payment processor errors, outages, security incidents, or independent policies.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and promptly resolve failed, disputed, reversed, or unauthorized transactions.

11. Recurring Billing

If a membership or Training Plan is offered as a recurring subscription, you authorize Anchor International or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing terms disclosed at checkout.

Recurring billing may continue until canceled, expired, terminated, or otherwise ended according to the terms of the applicable plan.

Before purchasing a recurring membership or Training Plan, you are responsible for reviewing:

  • The amount charged.
  • The billing frequency.
  • The renewal terms.
  • The cancellation process.
  • Any trial period terms, if applicable.
  • The refund rules.
  • Any limitations on access after cancellation.

If Anchor International does not offer recurring billing for a particular plan, this section does not apply to that plan.

12. Cancellations

If cancellation is available for your membership or Training Plan, you may cancel according to the tools available in your account or by contacting Anchor International through our Contact page.

Cancellation stops future billing where applicable, but it does not automatically create a refund for past payments unless the payment qualifies for a refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Access may continue until the end of the current paid period.
  • Access may end immediately if a refund is issued.
  • Access may end if the plan expires, payment fails, or the account is terminated.
  • Canceling does not permit continued use of protected materials beyond the license or access period.
  • Canceling does not erase past transaction records.

13. Refunds

Memberships and Training Plans are refundable within 24 hours of the transaction, minus applicable payment processing fees.

After 24 hours, memberships and Training Plans are generally non-refundable unless:

  • A refund is required by law.

  • The transaction was made in error.
  • Anchor International approves the refund in its discretion.

If a refund is issued, Anchor International may immediately revoke related access, including access to:

  • Member-only content.
  • Training Plan materials.
  • Protected resources.
  • Digital downloads connected to the plan.
  • Videos.
  • Course materials.
  • Facilitator-related materials.
  • Community or program areas.
  • Account features.
  • Other benefits connected to the refunded transaction.

Additional terms are provided in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

  • Suspend account access.
  • Revoke membership access.
  • Revoke Training Plan access.
  • Disable access to protected content.
  • Cancel registration.
  • Place the account on hold.
  • Request updated payment information.
  • Recover unpaid amounts where permitted by law.

Please contact Anchor International before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination or restriction from future purchases, memberships, Training Plans, or program participation.

15. Access Periods

Membership and Training Plan access may be time-limited, ongoing, subscription-based, program-based, or otherwise limited as described at registration or purchase.

Access may end when:

  • The account is terminated.
  • The user violates these Membership Terms.
