Anchor International reserves the right to refuse or return a donation where we believe doing so is appropriate, including where a donation may be:
- Fraudulent.
- Unauthorized.
- Mistaken.
- Legally restricted.
- Inconsistent with our mission.
- Connected to improper activity.

- Curriculum materials.
- Training documents.

6. Cancellations
If memberships, Training Plans, or subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis, you may cancel future renewal payments according to the cancellation tools available in your account or by contacting Anchor International through our Contact page.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for past payments unless the payment qualifies for a refund under this Policy.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Access may continue until the end of the current paid period.
- Access may end immediately if a refund is issued.
- Canceling does not erase past transaction records.
- Canceling does not release you from unpaid amounts already owed.
- Canceling does not permit continued use of protected materials beyond the license or access period.
7. Courses, Events, Trainings, and Special Programs
Some courses, events, trainings, facilitator programs, or special programs may have separate refund or cancellation terms.
Where separate terms are provided at registration or purchase, those terms control.
If no separate terms are provided, this Policy applies.
Anchor International may cancel, reschedule, modify, or replace courses, events, trainings, or programs when necessary. If we cancel a paid program without offering a reasonable substitute, we may provide a refund, credit, transfer, or other remedy at our discretion or as required by law.
8. Payment Processing Fees
Refunds may be reduced by applicable payment processing fees.
Payment processing fees may include fees charged by payment processors, card networks, donation platforms, ecommerce systems, membership tools, or other transaction service providers.
These fees are often not returned to Anchor International when a refund is processed.
9. Failed Payments, Chargebacks, and Payment Disputes
If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or results in a chargeback, Anchor International may:
- Suspend access.
- Revoke membership access.
- Revoke Training Plan access.
- Disable download access.
- Cancel registrations.
- Place an account on hold.
- Request updated payment information.
- Recover unpaid amounts where permitted by law.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination or restriction from future purchases, memberships, training access, or program participation.
10. Duplicate Transactions and Mistaken Payments
If you believe you made a duplicate transaction, entered the wrong amount, used the wrong payment method, or made another payment mistake, contact us promptly through our Contact page.

We may investigate and cooperate with payment processors, financial institutions, law enforcement, or other appropriate parties.
Anchor International may revoke access to any resources, memberships, Training Plans, downloads, or benefits connected to unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
12. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be submitted to the payment processor within a reasonable time after approval.
The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment processor.
Anchor International does not control processing times after a refund has been submitted to the payment processor.
13. Refund Method
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method where possible.
If the original payment method is unavailable, expired, closed, or otherwise unable to receive a refund, Anchor International may determine an alternative refund method where appropriate and legally permitted.
14. No Tax Advice
Anchor International does not provide tax, financial, legal, or accounting advice.
Donation refunds, purchases, memberships, Training Plans, and other transactions may have tax implications depending on your circumstances and jurisdiction.
You are responsible for consulting your own tax advisor, accountant, or legal advisor regarding deductibility, reporting, documentation, and tax treatment.
15. Receipts and Donation Acknowledgments
Anchor International may provide receipts, confirmations, or acknowledgments electronically.
If a refund is issued, the original receipt or acknowledgment may no longer accurately reflect the final transaction amount.
Donors are responsible for maintaining accurate records and consulting their own tax advisors regarding the treatment of refunded donations.

18. Changes to This Policy
Anchor International may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time.
When we update this Policy, we will revise the Effective Date above. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
The refund policy in effect at the time of the transaction will generally apply to that transaction, unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to the user.
